Question My FD3S interior parts?

I'm currently living in Japan and I'm trying to restore my fd to it's original glory so far I've added new seals, didn't need a complete rebuild, dual oil cooler conversion and fixed every problem under hood. Now I'm moving on to the interior, because the previous owner ripped out the rear interior I am in the search for a new or used rear interior. Any suggestions or offers are welcome.

I figured being in Japan, finding semi-decent used parts would be a non-issue.... Have you talked to any of the shops around?

Yeah I have one of the guys is searching but I'm in a location where it's cold for almost half of a year and not many rx7's around nor parts. I normally order everything from online, I tried junk yards and all.... Still come up with nothing.

A day? Guy, if it's that important just make the trip and make a weekend of it. Most of us are a plane trip away.

If I made the trip then id be paying 1 for the parts and 2 for the drive. Its about 500$ dollars round trip down to tokyo and back not to mention hotel expenses and gas. japan is not cheap and im barely making 2gs a month in the military and have a familia'.

It doesn't cost that much to roll down to Tokyo right now since the toll is almost free. It costs 4500yen to get down there. Billeting at Yokota is only $39. And the drive only takes about 7 hours.

If your still not into the drive if you want to order from yahoo auctions get with some of the cats on gaijindrift. They can order from there and your house on base has a Japanese address. PM me and I can shoot it too you. I've had several things delivered to my door.

A finally option is to use either RHDJapan's new website BIDJDM or Nengun. Both sites search yahoo auctions Japan and show the prices in dollars and can ship to either APO or local addresses.

Drive is longer then seven hours especially if you dont leave in time enough to miss the afternoon toll rode rush. made it a couple months back to get my wifes passport paperwork taken care of and it was the worst 13hrs of my life. But i know Allan and Donnie, just thought id try here first to see what I could find because i mean this is the rotary Nation. I know someone is selling interior parts.

Joe, if you still need more you can always have MickSlippy (Mike) look and order part off of Yahoo Auctions Japan. He buys them and has them delivered to his house and then you go and pick them up and pay. I've ordered a whole front half "exterior" panels for the previous S14 I owned.

I went down for Tokyo Auto Salon and didn't see any traffic. We left at 11 in the morning and got there at 6 at night. And we left at around 2 on a Sunday, the busiest driving day for the Japanese, and got back at a little after 8. U probably drove around Tokyo. That's always a bad idea. The train is faster and easier if u know what ur doing. There is a map of the trains u can print out or use GPS it works beautifully. Even tells u cost. I'm just trying give u a reason to go down south and get away from this place.

But ur better off looking locally first
