HelpIDLE JUMPING WITH FAN ON
HelpIDLE JUMPING WITH FAN ON
I live in France , my fd has an european ecu(240 Hp/year 93), since i wan't 255 hp, I've bought japanese ecu (year 95).
But now when the fan run(high speed), idle jump 1200 to 2000-2500, When fan stop, idle come back 750-840 .
This idle fluctuationn is normal in japanese Rx7?
i' ve tried to adjust air bleed screw, but nothing happen.
Problem with water temp sensor? mines is Year 93, need I water temp sensor year 95 to resolve idle hunting.
Thanks for Help

sounds like a trottle position sensor issue... Buy a PFC if you have the means or put your old ecu back in you are playing with fire and gasoline. The ecu you have could be modified. I doubt you will see a difference between the two. -Jesse

PUT YOUR STOCK ECU BACK IN THEN.
A Japanese ecu is NOT going to give you ANY more power, ZERO. You are a long ways away from that man.
PUT YOUR STOCK ECU BACK IN.
You are going to blow your engine if you have a tuned ecu in your stock car.
PS: if puting your stock ecu in does not help, reread my first sentance on the last post.
