99+ FD's with cruise control?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what the layout of the dash is when Mazda redid the FD for 99.
I've checked numerous sources but nobody has any pics of the Nardi Steering wheel with cruise control. Did Mazda relocate the cruise control buttons for the later year RX-7's?
Anybody have pics?

Thanks again,

well only the type X got CC i think. The performance models didnt get it.

EDIT.

I did some research and found that according to goo, Cruise control wasnt sold on any FDs after 1999. They were all performance and most luxury features disappeared to keep prices down as the double wish bone suspension made the car more expensive to produce.

Why do you need cruise control when you don't drive the car far distances?

BigWillieStyles,
Thanks for confirming what I suspected. I went through numerous photos and publications and none of them mentioned cruise control after the 99+ redesign.

7_rocket,
Well, I do cruise on the highway and it was nice to have that feature. But as it turns out, my cruise control button on my steering wheel has burned out. We tested a few of the connections and it's definitely the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel.
No matter, I'll be getting the 99spec wheel soon enough.
So long cruise control!

That's alright. I don't want anything that isn't OEM.
I could swap my present controls over to the Nardi wheel, but that would involve drilling and what not. I don't want to ruin the wheel.
So no CC for me!
