Lightbulb speedometer only goes to 60km/h

i have a problem after i changed the background of my gauges.
i think i did something wrong when removing my needle
the speedometer only goes to 60km/h and that's it. it is like it is stuck there.also you can feel that the needle can go up and down.

now my question is , is this possible to repair or do i have to search for a new cluster ?
ps : it is a mazdaspeed 300km/h speedometer

Back in my Mitsubishi days, what I used to remove gauge needles was a common flatware fork. It did leave a visible mark on the faces due to the broad side of the tines touching the satin black face, but worked every time without damaging the gauge's underpinnings. As for reassembly, what I did back then was to just get it on "0" and it was usually close enough. Nowadays, I have a bench tester device that puts out the correct signal that the speedometer uses. Just put in the target frequency, stick the needle back on according to the chart, then unplug it and watch the needle fall right back to 0 with flawless accuracy.

This is probably fixable, but I couldn't say for certain without running a few tests on it, including a full sweep to see how the needle behaves as it crosses 60 km/h. If you're interested, let me know.
