Exclamation Help needed!!

Hi all , I am going to attempt to fabricate a custom upper manifold for a PP motor I'm building . I have checked all over the internet but I cannot find what I want to use ,namely a pair of long radius schedule 40 aluminum elbows and a pair of 3" I.D. velocity stacks , can anyone direct me to a source for these ? I plan on using the "D" shaped plenum material from Ross Machine.

SCH 40 is a bit thick, don't you think?

http://www.rossmachineracing.com/ is a good place to start.

No I don't think it is , I already checked there , in fact I will be using their D shaped plenum extrusion.

They stock the weld els, but no idea if they sell to the public or what pricing is like. I might be able to get them through one of the suppliers I know also.

For the velocity stacks check ebay. A stack meant for a turbo inlet should work, or else you might have to go custom. If you get really stuck let me know. I regularly machine plenum floors with integrated velocity stacks.
