Fabricating a front Lip??

So I was checking out a couple of featured cars on this site and saw that a couple of people had done their own custom front spoilers. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share how they made their works of art. Because I want to make my own front lip because I plan on drifting my car and don't want to buy a 200 dollar lip that will eventually be broken. I am looking for something a little more durable for the type of driving I will be doing. I was wondering if maybe someone could help me out.

I the concept of making a lip but I don't really know the material that I should use. So if anyone has any ideas on how to do this please feel free to share. I would really appreciate it. oh if anyone can post up pics that would be sweet to help visually, and if I decide on making one on my own I will definitely post it with pics and maybe even like a how to guide just for ***** once I figure it out with everyone's response.

Thanks,

I noticed that all of the posting were mainly for the s4 bumper.Do you know if they posted anything for maybe an s5. I mean, I'm sure it can still apply but it would be nice to see one.
