Does anyone that's very familiar with CAD feel like offering some time to design a rear diffuser for the FD. My company is building a 60% carbon fiber touring for an upcoming car show. The car will also be making the RX7 circuit. DGRR , B3R ect. Anyway, the rear is looking a bit plain, so we are looking for something functional ( just doesn't have to add a lot of drag) and that looks good but not busy. We like the Shine RE-style, but since we want to do all the fabrication in house I've been asked not to out source parts. So I figured I'll bring it to the guys who's opinions I respect most when it comes to the FD.

I can do it and run a fluid analysis as well. I'm currently in the process of modeling the entire exterior of the FD in solidworks.

How are you aproaching to do the entire exterior?

 

it's not really the entire exterior. But all the removable panels have been re made out of carbon, The front bumper, hood, fenders, side skirts, under tray, hatch, doors and sun roof have all been done in carbon. WE had some other production stuff come up recently so i haven't had a chance to finish the car yet.
