Roughly 1200$, atleast thats the price from the US to Denmark.
Try asking on www.mazdarotaryclub.com its a british based forum, they should know

why don't you try the service of ebay? the respond immidiately, but they are a liitle expensive.They asked me for Usa to UK around 2200 EUROS.
