LOL! Wow....our own thread...lol!!! Anyway, No worries about last night. It was really just an impromptu get together that no one really had time for...lol! Ralph was busy moving and I was tired as hell as I'm sure you were. Besides, I went downtown and it was full of der Polizei!! One of these days we'll get our ish together and go for a cruise. We need to get the FD and the RX 8 guys off their high horse as well and get them rollin' with us.

Hey, I sent you a PM the other day. Just wondering if you still need that tranny and driveshaft to put it all back together? Hit me up if you do.

See the main issue I will run into right now is that I am running an N/A engine. If I try to install a TII tranny I will need the starter and a new clutch. Since the clutch on the TII is larger diameter. That alone is going to cost me around $350 because it is a 1 off TII splined N/A clutch. But I will need a driveshaft anyway since I have to have a "Jackalope" built to mate it to the Ford 8.8 diff. So what I need is a TII driveshaft and the starter.

No problem...I got you covered. The starter on my S4 is brand new (well, 5ish months old) and I have an S5 driveshaft and tranny as a spare or when I get the car to a garage space (very soon) you can get the S4 driveshaft and tranny. I wasn't going to sell it, but I have a Centerforce stage II clutch brand new sitting in my garage now. It was bought for the orange FC so you might have seen it already. I also have a spare set of S5 rear axles as well. When I get the S4 to it's final resting place I will have the whole car minus the core of the engine and maybe the TPS (I may need that lol) for sale.

As a side note to anyone else reading this....As I said before within the next few days I should have my 1988 Turbo II where it can be parted out.
The car ran well untill I blew a water seal. The interior is good minus a few spots on the carpet and a broken stereo surround. The exterior is basicly good accept for a dent in the right front fender and some very small rust bubbles on the sunroof (easily repairable). It has electric windows and the rear wiper hatch glass. I also have an S5 rear end, brake rotors, hubs and calipers sitting around. Since the addition of the S5 vert, my Corksport front and rear strut tower bars are no longer of any use to me so the are for sale also. The rear was never installed (brand spankin new!) and the front was on my S4 for about 1 1/2 or 2 months. I put it on the S5 for one day but it was touching my intercooler piping (in a bad way).

As soon as I get the car to where it's going to be the I will have a much more detailed list of things for sale and I will post them in the proper section, but for now just PM me for requests.

I haven't yet...My knee is in pretty bad shape right now and I haven't been able to do what I needed to do to figure that out. I'm on the mend so I should be able to get to it within the next few days. I haven't really been driving it since it hurts to bend my knee (tell me how bad this sucks..... ) so no worries as of yet. As soon as I can get around I will be looking for what you were talking about and I'll let you know. BTW, since I didn't get that email you sent....what is the little black switch on the driver side of the stereo console do? I know you probably told me, but I don't remember.

That's the thing.....I really don't know. I didn't do anything crazy...I just woke up with a jacked up knee. I've had problems with it before due to an accident I was in a several years ago, but this is kind of a new thing. I'm not really sure what the deal is untill I go to my doc again this week. I will tell you this tho.......when it hurts to drive the new car you just bought....you know you are in hell.
