Hi all,
I'm new to the site . I've a 93 rx7 , twin turbo.
Just bought it 3 weeks ago and looking for some
tips on how to make it go faster. Its a jap import .
Any advice would be great.

dont blow apex seals like i did.. rebuild sucks. there are a lot of things to make that thing fast. stock form the car is most restrictive in the exhaust system. So it would be good to start there. upgrading the intake will also see some gains. this is the basic for hp gains. you can do these mods and still manage to run on stock ecu/tune. getting an ecu is very recommended if u plan to do more. if you want to make 300+ whp it would be the best choice to do everything at once, that is the exhaust, intakes,plugs/wires, fuel system and a aftermarket ecu. get all that stuff added and tuned all in the same time frame. I must stress the getting it tunned area. it can mean happy or sad times. i might be missing some stuff but this is the basic. the Third gen section is very helpful. i hope u have a good time with the car and welcome to the rx7 world.

Thanks for the suggestions . How much should i expect to
pay for an intake system and exhaust system ?

I would say for all the mods AF1 just mentioned youmight be looking at around 5 to 10 thousand Euros so 3 to 6 thousand pounds. I am not sure what currency you guys use up there. But anyways... Welcome to the wonderful world of rotaries, where Porsches tread softly so as not to **** us off!
