ECUs are available from a number of sources. You can purchase from the manufacturer's website directly, or go to a vendor such as RX-7 Store.
include in your searches...
microtech
haltech
motec
wolf 3d
megasquirt
I'm sure there are others but those are the only ones I know off the top of m head.
.....did you happen to try looking in the engine management forum???????

Wrong way to buy an EMS:
1. Read internet forums to see what are good features.
2. Buy the EMS from a cheapie website.
3. Try to install and tune it yourself.
4. Realize you need a professional tuner.
5. Realize that a pro tuner is too expensive or there are none in your area with experience tuning the EMS you bought.
6. Realize that the EMS you bought does not have a particular capability that you expected.
7. Possibly blow up your engine.
Right way to buy an EMS:
1. Look for a good tuner in your area, one that can come to your area to tune your car, or one that is within towing range.
2. Talk to the tuner about your performance goals and budget. The tuner will explain the features and limitations of the EMS, his skills, and your budget.
3. Buy the EMS recommended by the tuner and have him tune the engine. If he blows up the engine, he fixes it because he is bonded and insured.
4. Live happily ever after. (A speed-density or alpha-n EMS will require minor retuning as the engine wears or as you add some performance parts, but this is not that complicated and you may be able to do this yourself.)
You can find a dealer list at most EMS websites.
If you are really serious:

Popular brands for the FC RX-7:

Contrary to what some people on this forum consider a cheap way out, I would NOT recommend a Megasquirt to a novice.
Just as a clarification, that would require a conversion kit for the original poster's S4 RX-7.
