I tried to buy a Power FC for my FD from midnightracers9000@yahoo.ca. He has one for sale on www.ThePartsTrader.com. He refused to conduct the sale using an ecsrow service and instead he insisted that I simply send cash via paypal. I strongly suspect that he is looking for some to send him some money gratis. My warning to you is ! NEVER BE THAT STUPID ! (unless the cost of the item is so very low that you don't care if you lose it).

The escrow services are a much more secure (although not foolproof) method of purchasing parts from private sellers.

 

He has already stiffed at least two Canadians (he is appearantly in Nova Scotcia Canada). Check the Canadian regional forum. The RCMP are looking for him.
