Turbo Timer Install?
it's a PITA since the space there is kinda tight.
Remove the steering column surround (three screws if I remember correctly), then pull the lower plastic (the one with the vent. There's three screws to that one too.
If you look at your key cylinder from below, at the end of it (to the left) is a white harness, with a red cliplike thing locking it together. I muscled mine apart, but I was in a low light situation and was doing the install because I was blocked in and bored.
THe wiring harness will be a tight fit. Just be patient, crawl in and be careful not to pull any other wires loose from the other connections in the area.
