Tps?

Can a tps on a 87 TII be used with the haltech. If so does anyone know what are the power and signal wires.

It cannot be used because the 86-88 TB does not have a full range TPS. You will have to install the one the haltech comes with. There are a few places on the web that show you how to do this here is one thats got a good Pic http://strx7.250x.com/picspage.htm Hope that helps.
