TII Swapped GSL-SE-What ECU To Use?

I have a S4 TII Swapped into my '85 GSL-SE. It has a cone intake, after-market BOV, emmisions removal, and a 3" downpipe with a custom Borla/Supertrapp exhaust, and a 255lph Walbro pump. I have been having problems getting it to run properly on a stock TII ECU. I have two TII ECUs not having sucess with either. I sold my other car and want to get my car going soon. Which aftermarket ECU is the best for ease and affordability? I am considering the MICROTECH LT-10. What else do I need to use the MICROTECH LT-10 besides the ECU? Also, does anyone have a suggestion on other brands or if I should just stay with the stock ECU?
