SDS and stock ECU

I am using IGY's password to ask this. I just put the SDS fuel system in my FC and I am still using the stock crank angle sensor and map sensor. This is for timing purposes and oil injections purposes only. Does anybody know if the stock flow meter and TPS do anything for boost retard and or advance. If so, can I loop wires together to fool the computer to make it think it is there so it adjusts timing like it would with everything stock. I have a authentic Knight Sports rom, ECU. Any iformation would be appreciated. Thank you

So the SDS is for fuel only and the stock ECU by Knight Sports is controlling the timing?

Can't you just let the stock ECU play with the timing?

I don't think the TPS has anything to do with timing but the airflow may because it can sense when you are under boost.
