S5 13b turbo swap + Haltech?

Hello to everyone!!!
Greetings from other side of earth. Lithuania on the air.
Ok it was my first greeting here.
I don't have rx7, sorry, my friend does, but i would like to have rx7 heart in my car.
I own 929 coupe 1975. I was planing to run OTTO (ford 2.9 V6), but one day i wake up. my car must by rotary powered.
It would become rx4 only after swaping rotary inside.
I'm thinking about swaping rx7 FC S5 turbo engine in my bay.
Found that USA has lot of JDM imported engines. was already ordering from ebay, but some guys told me that i will have problems with ECU. I was planing to order engine, transmition and all wiring harnes with ECU. Thought it will work in my mazda.
but looks like it wont.

What i need? aftermarket ecu? what is the best? hard question to help answer here is my list of wishes:

I want turbo rotary engine
I do't need more power than engine has originaly.
I need easyiest setup as posible (here in my country rotary engines are something verry verry rare (few savanas, about 20 FC, and 4 FD, my rx4 would be first)
I need cheap setup (without loosing reliability) as this car cost heaps of money (parts from Australia, USA, New Zeland and so on)

Heard about Haltech and megasquirt (some guys are working here with MS)
but what is the best ECU? I want to keep as less sensors as posible, also i don't want to change original sensors to aftermarket on engine, the same with coils.
Hope you understand and will help me.
sorry for posible english mistakes.
Please help rotarise Lithuania.
