I can tell you right now that the Rtek just requirse mailing your ECU in, while I'm pretty sure the e-manage requires a bunch of wiring...

Answering your PM as well.

Here is what I have come to understand.

I have the Emanage installed, but not currently hooked up. I bought it when it first caem out, and support really sucked on it. I got the car running, but never tuned with it. Got frustrated and went with the Rtek for the time. (It is still in my car though)
Con: Support
Con: Wirring is a pain. That is why i made a pigtail.
Pro: you can keep your exisating harness. If you live here in Cali, good for passing smog.
Pro: It is very flexible.

I am currently runing the Rtek 2.0
Pro: Plug and play.
Pro: Smog, you keep your existing harness
Pro: Pretty easy to use.
Con: The timing maps needs to be fine tuned for retarding the timing during high boost levels.
Con: above 800cc injectors are a little tough to map out in the fuel. Right now you can only adjust +/- 15%. They are working on +/- 30% in the next release, as well as the retard timing feature.

350hp on the rtek to will be tough right now. They really need the timing retard feature to be safe. I do not see that being a problem with the emanage, but have yet to see someone show charts they got there. I sounds reluctant because, it is still pretty new. We need more users. Go to the Yahoo groups and check out the Ultimate Emanage section.
