Question Plethora of trouble codes, should I upgrade my ECU?

hi everyone. new here!

I imported a 97 FD RX7 Type RS with 17,000 miles on it and a few basic mods (Knight Sports ECU & intercooler, exhaust, coilovers... that's pretty much it.) Ive owned it for about 8 months now and only drove it a handful of times because it's still not registered. In the 5-6 times I've actually driven it, it drove amazingly. The last time I drove it it went into limp mode. Because it's a Jspec rx7, it doesnt have a CEL. I was able to hook a multimeter up to the diagnostic port under the hood and read the morse code beeps and it came back with 10 codes:

My question is:

The knight sports ECU is useless. Should I upgrade to a Haltech in order to better understand what I'm working with, or is it more beneficial to just start replacing these trouble code sources? I'm ECU illiterate for teh most part, but my understanding is that with the Knight sports I have no control, but with a Haltech I would be able to correct these issues (potentially) and see what they're actually doing wrong?

Any advice is appreciated.

Check the vacuum line to your boost/pressure sensor before you get too deep.

^This. With that many codes present, some of which that would make car to go into "limp home" mode and otherwise run like crap, I'd guess that at some time in the past, the car was run or powered up with some of those electrical circuits disconnected, perhaps during servicing. That stores codes in the ECU that need to be cleared. Not 100% sure for the JDM cars, but to clear codes on a US spec car, disconnecting the battery for at least 30 seconds & then reconnecting it should clear all the codes (assuming nothing else is disconnected). Try doing that & check for codes again.
