please I need help with the timming

I changed the timing of my single turbo FD3S , I have an AEM ECU , but I'm a litle lost with the timming , I have take off a lot of timming but think that the EGT are too hi cause the turbo get too red at WOT , and I don't know how to tune the split ignition map , for the trailing.

Im running extra rich , like 10 or 10,5 A/F

The engine is street ported with a T04e turbo.

Please help me out with this problem.

I know that if I take off some timming the EGT should get down?

And I don't know if I have to split more the trailing map at full boost or I if have to split less. at the moment is at -10 at 10 psi , and the timming it is at 12 at 10psi.

Please I have been working in this car for the last 6 years so ,this is the only thing that if left.

Im worrie cause I dont want to brake this new engine , my big worry is about the split table , and I have to know if I take more timing I mean if I take off some the EGT shold get down??
