they do pop up for sale on yahoo japan from time to time, they usually go for anywhere between ¥50000 and ¥100000, though i saw one go for 38000 with the Commander about a month or so ago...
Microtech's are a better option, especially in Oz, given the preponderance of experienced tuners, and the relative ease of installation. I'd prefer an Autronic or Motec myself, or the new Version 4 Wolf 3D has realy good resolution & closed loop,....
but the microtech wins for me just due to practical considerations.
