microtech guy leaning towards haltech
microtech guy leaning towards haltech
ive been a microtech guy because of its simplicity but i really do like what ive been seeing with haltech and plus i could get a good price on a haltech from my local shop any advice?
If the Microtech is working fine then I don't think it would be worth the trouble to switch unless there is some particular function of the Haltech that makes it worth blowing an additional $2,000-3,000 for the EMS, harness, and tuning. Be careful of auto shops that try to upsell you an EMS just to make a buck.
+1
If you have a good running, reliable setup that you're happy with, there isn't anything in that area to be gained. If you're interested in the availability of a bunch of extra features, and will actually use them, then go for it.
