Intrument Gauges Acting up

I have a very strange problem with my intrument cluster after installing my Haltech.

I remove all the stock engine wire harness and I think I removed a little to much wires.
My guages will work when the Ignition key is on and when I attemp to start the car the guage will work because the tach will indicate starting RPM, but when the engine starts and runs the tach gauge will indicate no RPM or it will go to max, as the engine Idles and I turn the steering wheel all or most of the guages jumps like as if they want to indicate something.

The speed ometer digits will show just before starting and when the engine starts all the digits disappears.

What could be the problem? help me out here.
The car is a 93 FD manual trans with a single turbo upgrade.

strange

is the stock ecu still in place? i found it easier to piggy back my ecu onto the standard ecu. leaving the standard ecu to control gauges and the like. if you have done this, you may have removed the sensor grounds.

I had a similar problem when I installed my PFC. I removed all the wires from the harness that were no longer needed.(Went single w/no emissions)
Check and make sure you didn't remove or not install the ground wires from the harness.
What do the rest of your gauges read after start? Like your oil pressure, temp. Are they pegged out ?
Use the manual to see the which pins are grounds. If I recall there are like 4. Start there. Good Luck.
