How and where to buy a Tec III

I'm seriously considering ditching my E6K and going with a Tec III 6/12 for my 20B and I have a few questions.

When you buy the ECU, does it come with everything you need? Are there different packages, like a wiring harness and connector kit? what about the sensors? Are they OEM from some car, or are you required to use the electromotive sensors.

How much does everything that you'd need to install a Tec III 6/12 go for (just give me an idea here). I called Electromotive, all they told me was that the ECU retails for $2000.... we all know that most places sell below retail, just didn't know if that was the case with this or not.

Thanks,
Nick

This is one of the "problems" of going with Electromotive...
If you ask Electromotive you're trying to tune a rotary engine, they will tell you to go to either Craig Naegler @ Tri-Point, Ray Lochhead @ Shane Racing, or Peter Farrell @ PFS.&nbsp Pick one - it's going to cost you no matter what...

I checked on the Tech3. It was about $2500 for everything. it uses standard GM sensors. There is more info on the web site.

I'd definately go with PFS on this one, those guys have the Electromotive down to a science(not to mention that they're located very close to Electromotive), ask forum member forcefed7(Ray) about it, I believe he's the head tech at PFS, and he uses it on his car. www.pfsupercars.com

Electromotive is 200 ft. from PFS. They are all really good guys. Thats where I'd get mine if I had 2g's.
