HELP: Identifikation of the ECU
HELP: Identifikation of the ECU
Hello guys !
I was wondering if anyone could help me ? I am looking for a Remapped ECU (Pettit, M2, XS, others ?) but I proberly would have to buy one from the US so my question is, my car is a European model 93 FD and the number on the ECU says N3B7, I have spoken to Pettit about if a US ECU modelyear 93 would work on my car, they told me that the Californian would NOT work because of the higher emission standards, but a NON californian ECU would proberly work, but they were not 100 % sure. The number of the US ECU will according to Pettit be N3A7 (or 8) does anyone out there know something about thyis ? maybe someone have sold a remapped ECU once to a European and have experience about that ? PLEASE help me if you can. Looking forward to receive some reply's. Thank's.
