Haltech and stock wastegate solenoids

i am using e6k for a cosmo 2 rotor. can i use both stock wastegate solenoids. i have a blitz dual sbc. but i don't understand how it works in sequential. if i have it setup for 10psi will the first turbo get there before the second? wouldn't both wastegates open at the same time? if the later occured will then the second turbo ever reach 10psi?

Hey dude. Dunno about the EBC because I have never had one for a sequential setup but I would think it would have to have 2 solenoids to run each actuator. How many does yours have? Do you have the instructions?
