Unhappy fuel starvation?

Hi

hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, i've got a 92 jap import 3rd gen, which has Apexi Induction, free flow back box, uprated fuel pump and regulator and an Apexi Power FC ECU.

I'm running .9 bar (13 psi) boost pressure and the car handles it fine in 1st and second gear, but 3rd gear and up I'm getting what feels like fuel starvation, intermitent at regular spacing when the second turbo spools up, it's fine when it first cuts in for about a further 1000 rpm then the problem starts and continues untill about 6500 and then it's fine untill the rev limiter, the Inj duty cycle monitor says they're only working at 89%, anyone got any ideas on what it could be?

Any help really apreciated, Nik

Any injector duty cycles beyond 80-85 causes some injectors to go static, which could cause a bog.... do you have any way of measuring AFR?

Excuse my stupidity fatboy, but what is AFR? is it Aif Fuel Ratio? if so I'm runing a power FC and comander so there should be a facility on there I would have thought.

Cheers, Nik

Yah, AFR is air fuel ratio. If you have the PFC (Power FC) then there should be a reading for that. Can the PFC datalog? If so, do a datalog when you get the car to stumble and see what is happening.

You could just have too much boost for the fuel. Well, too much air for the fuel etc..
