Fuel cuts out when you hold the RPM steady
When driving the car in any gear or any RPM, if I hold any RPM(steady MPH) the fuel cuts out. I know this because the wideband sensor goes form 13.5 to 17.0+. Then the car starts to sputter until I step on the throttle, then the car goes right back into normal speed. I have checked the fuel pressure while driving, and that's not the problem. I have also check the TPS sensor. It reads voltage fine from closed throttle to full throttle. What would cause this?? I'm thinking that the settings on the EMS need to be adjusted.
Here are my modds:
Pineapple large streetport 13B
TEC3r EMS(with their coil packs)
850cc/1600cc injectors
Irdium spark plugs(9's all)

Who tuned the car? Does your EMS allow you to datalog or view a live display of important parameters like manifold pressure, RPM, fuel pulse, throttle position, and AFR?
Assuming there aren't any mechanical or wiring issues, you may just need to adjust the main fuel map in the light load section. When you step on the throttle the manifold pressure is high, but it's much lower when cruising. Don't forget that your wideband measures consumed fuel vapors, not the actual ratio of fuel that was injected. If the mixture was so rich that it didn't ignite there won't be any burnt fuel vapors and the O2 sensor will read lean.
