fry lead ignitor
fry lead ignitor
running autronic with 3 x 008 bosch ignitors
i have my ing setup thge following way.
2 ign outputs from ecu. 1 each for the trailing coils/ignitors. and leading coils uses the 2 ign o/p spliced together into 1 ignitor which fires L1 and L2. so therefore i'm running no split and wasted spark on the leading coils. this is on a 13b turbo using s5 coils.
my question is, why do i keep blowing the leading coils ignitor? it doesn't blow straight away, ussualy after a few cranks of the motor. is 2 signals too much? i have it wired the same way as the trailing ignitors (appart from the 2 signals).
cheers
