EMS to run 13B-RE

I have a 13B-Re going into my 87 GXL and I was wondering which ECU you guys would recommend. I am looking towards microtech or haltech. At first I will be running around 250hp on factory twins and then upgrading to around 400hp and going single turbo. I would like to spend under $1500 for the ECU if possible. I would also like to ahve the abiity to have 2maps for everyday driving and racing. Any other info you guys think I would need please let me know. I am in need of some help on this one.

Haltech or Wolf. I'm still debating either the Wolf V4 or Haltech E6X, since I am upgrading my EMS as well. I do not consider the MicroTech LT8s to be in the same league (that is just my opinion )

You do not really need 2 maps, since the EMS is MAP load based. Unless you wanted to run a leaner AFR/more ignition timing race map for more power....
