emanage Ultimate S4 AFM set-up

I just got the emanage Ultimate and haven't got by the first set-up page!
When I choose the 13B engine code for my 1988 AE TII S4, I get an AFM code of MZ_FL-2. In the back of the manual it says I should have a MZ_FL-1 code. I can't find how to change the code or if the -2 AFM will work for my S4.
I'm about ready to send this back mainly due to lack of support. I hope some one on this forum has dealt with this already. I've searched here and other forums but no luck. Rtek is looking better every day.

According to some respected sources, no one has had any sucess in hooking up an Ultimate to a S4 unless your are a "lectrcal genis". I guess that AFM code is a bad sign.
As I understand it, the S4 series, 86-88 is listed in the applications page but only pertains to Japanese models!
This information is weak and the support is non-existant.

Talking we'll get it!

The 2 is what you want for your 88 T2! Don't send it back. It works great once you get the jumpers set right. The only major problem I had was getting the jumpers set right. For the ignition jumper(I think JP7) you are pull up/honda style, which is 2-3. If you set that jumper wrong, the car will not have any spark. I would be glad to answer any quetions you may have on this. I have an 88 T2 as well, with the emanage ultimate running great. I'm building the airflow output map this week to eliminate the MAF meter. I have a rough map now that the car will run on, but it needs smoothing. There are lots of oolies with the ultimate, be carefull wiring it, make sure you solider everything. Do you have the greddy pressure sensor? If so, don't share it's signal with the Blow off valve, it causes too much pulsations in the signal. Call me if you get stuck. 860-381-9147. I'll be out of the country for 3 weeks starting tomorrow, so call tonight if you need anything. stephen.

Thanks for your input. This forum is great for those in the know.
I already returned the unit for a Rtek 2.0. Yes, we wanted the depth that the emanage offered but I couldn't get to 1st base.

Hey man,

Sorry I know this is an old thread but I'm in desperate need of assistance with my emanage ultimate. Would you happen to know the jumper settings? I have a 1989 Mazda rx7 GTU. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
