hmm an alternative in carrying a chunky laptop or a un-tasteful hand controller for engine management systems?

since the software is just for normal PC's to be installed on microsoft windows, whatever, is it possible to install it into a palm pilot? since the palm pilot is just like a miniature computer? i have not looked into it at all just a thought came to mind since i will getting a palm pilot soon.

are there any custom universal hand controllers that are compatible with popular EMS systems?
