Best wideband gauge?

Im in the market for a long over due wideband gauge.. i need some help picking one to buy...

i would like to keep it under 300$ and ive used AEM Uego digital gauge in the past.. only thing im really looking for is for the wideband to have a digital read out and analog read out- IMO its easier for me to monitor..

the few im looking at are

AEM UEGO which is about 200

INNOVATE LC1 with the xd16 is 300 and change..

or the PLX dm5 about 250
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/PLX-D...ht_4395wt_1160

My tuner lieks the AEM since it reads exactly the same numbers as his machine reads out but ive also heard stories where peoples AFR gauge went to crap and AEM didnt help.... but i dont have any expierence with that..

im leaning towards the aem/plx for money reasons... any other opinion/input?

I picked up a PLX M-300 about two years ago for $300 new, it's very simple and plug-n-play. It's been great until recently. Now part of my AFR display is not working so some of the digits are not quite readable. I haven't talked to the manufacturer about it, but I'm way overdue on the 90 day warranty so I won't get a free fix. I don't think they make the M-300 anymore, but they have a lot of other things out these days that offer more features for the same price... The other thing you should consider when choosing a unit is how it will interface with your ECU if you plan on tuning the car, and if it has a datalogging capability. Or don't worry about that if it's just going to be like another gauge.
