beetle 13b turbo transplant
Hi everyone!
I'm new here and looking for help and advice on my project. I am fitting a 1990 13b turbo motor into my 1974 vw beetle for the purpose of drag racing.
The biggest problem i am facing as yet is the wiring/engine management. I am really struggleing to find accurate diagrams and information so i have decided to use an aftermarket engine management system. I have heard of tec2 and haltech systems for the rotary. Can anyone recommend a system and where can i get one from? I am struggling to find anything here in the uk so any useful links would be appreciated.
Thanks very much in advance!!

It depends on your budget. On the low end, I'd go with Megasquirt. If you want to go higher up, start looking at Autronic or MoTeC. I have no experience with Haltech, but I'm luke warm about Microtech, and I'd stay from Electromotive.
As far as dealers, consult your local vendors. Unless you're going to tune it yourself, you're going to need some help.
