Adaptronic + aromotive fuel pump wireing

In need of some guidance, I blew a main engine fuse last week due to a short in the alternator. iv have fixed all shorts.
But when I blew the fuse my fuel pump stopped working. The ground and power wire from pump relay was wired directly to the ecu.

now the pump only works if I use a chassis ground to the fuel pump relay where the ecu ground use to be.

but it seems like the fuel pump is always working at 14 v or what ever the car is putting out. isn't it supposed to raise with rpm from 5-14 v? so the pump is not always pumping Max pressure.

my car is running extremely rich now at 10.1afr at idle! and I really think it has something to do with this. Could someone just tell me how this pump is supposed to be wired with the adaptronic ecu. I have pinouts but it doesn't tell me anything about what ground to use. The original ground from relay was wired to the (1W- AUX output six) which drives the lights on the dash.. and power is still wired to (3d- AUX Output 5)
any advice is greatly appreciated

Fuel pump should have a constant battery voltage when the car is running. It does not vary with RPM, or load. If you change the AUX output that controls the fuel pump, you must also change this in the aux output page. The aux output that control the fuel pump is a ground side switch, that closes the circuit on the fuel pump relay. I am pretty sure this is explained in the manual, in the help section of the WARI software.

Ok iv changed the AUX output for the fuel pump to (Output aux 8) it seems to have worked. I still don't understand why (aux 5) isn't working anymore..
but my car was still running extremely rich so I messed with the fuel map and decided to just reset the current map just to see if it would help any. and after resetting the same map that iv been running for a while now. it now does not start at all. it just keeps cranking. I defloded the engine... I'm getting fuel (maybe to much fuel) & I'm getting spark. iv tried adjusting the master fuel trim just to get it to start nothing is working . I got it to fire up a couple times but it sounded terrible. and now nothing again. by the way I'm using EUGENE because WARI will not connect to the ecu for some reason. but iv tried using the base map that comes with the software for the( Rx7 fc s4) and the same thing was happening. any ideas what the problem could be ?
