Which Turbine to use?!

I should be building my S5 Na very soon. I'm curious as to what turbine housing for the GT3582R I should pick... Im building this motor with drifting in mind, and obviously I'd want as much low, mid and response as possible. (reason I'm jumping on the 35r bandwagon as recommended by everybody) However, I'd like to achieve these goals without compromising power past 7k rpm and HP (target= 400-450). I've been told to keep my ports stock for good lower, yet it would be harder to obtain my hp goal with them. Would it be a good idea to do a mild streetport? Should I go with a T3-1.06 hotside? T4 .82?? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Im not in a big rush, as I still have yet to start the rebuild.
