If your not looking into getting into competitive drifting, and this is also your daily driver, get the polyeurethane bushings. Stiff, but will the forgivingness, somewhat for daily. the Delrin and other bushings are VERY VERY stiff and do not offer any comfort for daily driving.

Use stock rear bushings. If your car has delrin bushings and is excessivly lowered the suspension will bind before you are able to dial out all the negative camber. Fronts are ok though.
