Well i climbed under my car for the first time in awhile (I try not to do this because then I see how shitty my car really is from smashing the ground and other various maittenance or broken things I dont wana do) and I found out what the lowest point of my car is.This Bracket (middle rear) that links the Trans tunnel sides and is under the PPF is taking the scolding from the Highway, my drive way and other high points in the road. But it fights back with the random shower of sparks. I'm sure it has a name but i dont really care. On a side note my rear diffuser now sits 2 inches lower than this sooooo that might be a problem

 

that bracket is basically worthless i think. my fd never had them, i bought them though; front and rear but it seems like if they are saving other stuff from hitting the ground then they are doing a much better job than the factory anticipated.

as far as the diffuser goes, just sell it off before you shatter it on something stupid.

p.s. im looking for a diffuser. if you know anybody selling one, pm me.

I don't know what they're called either haha...but they're there to help stiffen the tranny tunnel. Keep the diffusor, my car's pretty damn low as well.. I scraped all the time..but oh well.. no real way around it right?
