Follow up from the Ohio cageing adventure
FD interior can **** off
Look how ******* snug that main hoop is
I used Montana Spray Paint for my cage "Dark Blue R-5005" from the hardcore line. I use to use this stuff when i was a little street urchin and wrote all the time. I actually plan on starting back up and doing alittle abstract/graf for some art pieces in my house. Also Mtn paint comes in a ton of colors http://www.mtncolors.com/ check them out.
Drove it back to Indiana like this (passenger seat is not bolted in)
Fitted rear interior
I had to make little notches in my door cards to make them fit with the door bars
This cage was built by Cody Tobe to meet 2011 Formula D rules. I wanted a very simplistic cage that i could still keep my FULL INTERIOR much like a D1 street legal car. I didn't want huge gusets and a million cross bars everywhere. I've had gutted/caged cars before and wanted a nicer more street friendly car this time. The cage paint needs touched up and a few more interior pieces trimmed/notched and it will be all done.
And Yes on a side note that is an afrermarket grab handle on the A pillar in the last picture. Im tired of giving people ride alongs on drift days and having them rip my whole ******* door card off lol.

California trip 2011 "Visting My little Brother"
DAY1
Got off the plane and headed pretty much straight to Hotline. Justin and Ryan showed us the shop and some of the current projects they were working on. We saw FDmuri's car looking good. I didn't take any pictures in the shop out of respect, Not that he would have cared but in light of his recent (FC) situation posting **** all over the internet doesn't help.
We all grabbed a bite to eat then headed to a Japanese Classic Car meet that Justin knew about. All in all the frist day was fun and was a good start to a trip that I wont forget.

heyyy we were just talking about you buddy<3
haha is it just me or does the main hoop look like they bent it too far, and then bent it back dildoing the center downward?
Looks like a saggy ***** in the center, but its probably just the weird FD roof line throwing me off.
interior for the bisshessss! smart move.

The main hoop is perfect seriously he went through 3 hoops until we were happy. Look at the picture with just the seats in and you can see the highlight on the top bar is straight as an arrow, I think the weather stripping is also creating a weird illsion.
Muri I got my wheel hanger from Summit Racing
Just to show all females dont suck at cars here is ihavetwins home girl Angela going hard at the little Chicago meet.

California trip 2011 "Visting My little Brother"
Day 2
We woke up early as **** to start the 3hr drive from Oceanside to Willow Springs for All-Star Bash XI .
My little brother Drake took most of the snaps any of the blurry shitty ones i probally took.
So in order to miss a gnarly traffic jam in LA our navigation took us through the Mojave desert and added a extra 30mins of sweaty ***** to our trip. But on the way we pass this car dealership that had some lifted bro/monster trucks and THIS VW bus with Tank Tracks. Seemed kinda random to me lol.
Arrived at Willow and it was already 110 degrees. I dont think my car could handel the heat while sliding. And if your wear a fire suit **** that shorts and a tank top for this weather.
Drift Union dudes (There need to be more One Color drift teams in North America)
I dont know these two guys but they were SHREDDING the hardest, high speed entry to long *** ebake drag and tons of angle at the clip. It was the type of driving that just makes you want to thrash your car.

California trip 2011 "Visting My little Brother"
Day 3
We headed down to Carlsbad to do a little surfing
We thought this pic was funny, He had one of his friends transport the boards for us so they didnt scratch his Carbon hardtop. Unfortunately we could only rent foamies but i lucked out and borrowed one of his buddies boards which was a 5'11 JS. The surf was good with 4-5ft waves which made for a mellow day.
