That's a perfect size for an sr. A friend of mine has one in his s15 and it spools super fast with a front mount. Don't buy MB battles get some used JDM wheels. Pretty sure there's a lot up in the WA area.

And from a vert. Notice the keyhole.

I'm interested to see what's going on with your steering rack. Got any pics of the subframe?

How does it affect your steering? Seems like it would make an extremely twitchy trailing wheel near full lock.

Not bad at all. Although coming from a 240 into this there is definately a very noticeable difference in angle lol cause the fc angle sucks. But nothing was twitchy besides the fact of crappy angle of the fc. So drifts up past 50 mph were a little difficult but small corners are easy

When You Can, I Would Like To See Pictures Of Your Motor Mounts And Subframe. When My Next 13b Goes, I'm Putting In An SR. Additionally, Do All Your Stock Gauges Work Or Are You Running Aftermarket?...

ill post if up when i come back to the states. I knew i shoulda took pics when the motor was out lol and everything works except my oil pressure gauge and speedometer. But i have a aftermarket oil gauge anyways. And 240s use electric speed sensor for the speedometer and rx7 uses mechanical which is y it doesnt work

Also my advice for all of u that wanted a boosted piston motor in a rx7. Go with a jz engine. they make mount kits for it and u can pick up a 1jz for under 1500 with a auto trans or for around 2k for one with a 5sp trans. Alot less then a sr and alot less fabrication to worry about on mounting. Just my 2 cents though.. And did i mention the huge hp difference of a jz engine and they sound like god singing..

I agree with JZ, or at least something besides SR. And I've been using the same SR since '08.

a heavy inline six engine is best left for a heavy useless cars. there is more to a choice than just power output.

also, amazing trade for the LSD. that cage was probably the worst excuse for a cage i have ever seen. as in, it would likely do nothing in an actual roll over

ya that cage was **** lol i cant belive Cusco even made that thing. But it came with the car when i bought it so its w.e. Its more of a cage for like a show car. And the guy i traded was building a show car so it was a win win.
