My '87 TII. Gutted, removed sound deadening, repainted floor(red) and dash(flat black), NA S5 cluster, Sparco EVO/2 seats w/ mounts, Sparco 345 suede steering wheel w/ hub, and NRG 2.5 quick release. Also replaced the power windows with manual crank. Need to install GReddy 60mm mech. boost gauge and 8" shift ****. Waiting on harnesses and roll bar.

funny you said something about sound deadening material, i have my car completely stripped and ready to take it out.. what is the best way??

I just did the dry ice method. Used about 4 bags of it, crushed it, spread it onto all the material, let it sit for about 30min, came back and just chipped it all away with a hammer and a flat head screw driver. I just ended up spray can painting the floor but it turned out great. The whole process only took about an hour.

the wheel being pink wouldnt bother me but the shifter looks like a ***** scary hah just playin man.
russ hows that right side drive feel? do you drift in it? been thinking about doing it but i dont wanna sacrifice skill for fun stylez haha. hit me back man im interested. feel free to pm .

guess it just has something to do with cockpit positioning.

awsome thank you, and rotaspinna... i pretty much already knew about this way i just wasnt sure if that is still the method everyone is using. lol
also im pretty sure a bunch of ppl have tried or wondered... but is there any way i can make an fd dash fit in my fc????????? i will be up for cutting it up, down for making any type of brackets needed.. i think that would be pretty sweet??

Suppose I should contribute....nothing much plain and simple to the look, but what you can't see under the carpet and dash:
I took out all sound deadening and the padding for the carpet. So, it's just the thin layer of carpet to cover it up since I didnt want to paint the metal. I also took out the entire ac system, gutted the AC box under the dash. Relocated the ecu to the side. Then a relocated battery behind the passenger.
I like to keep this car as comfortable and stock looking inside as possible. A cage will be in the future and mess all that up though lol
