man i have never seen anything like this. i can't find any words to describe your skillz
i was just wondering were did you get your 2:1 steering quickener on your rack
i have taken my manual rack off to clean n re-lube it, but i would like to add some mods to it. I 'm looking for more steering angel but I cannot find anything no adj. inner or outter tie rods or steering quickener
i guess only p/s racks have the adj tie rods
thanks your advice will be most helpful
also you have the coolest project better than anyone could ever dream of

2:1 can be bought from summit-racing.com
Never seen anyone use it but i just heard that it can make the front wheels move to quick so you actually loose points for correct wheel angle all the time.. Probably fun to drive with

pull the fenders with newspaper.
Just take a 1/4" thick chunk of it and set it on the tire.
Drop the car onto it.
presto, perfect flush. It does work and i've seen alot of good results with that method.
it's easy to overdo it with a bat/socket/anything thick and round. With newspaper it comes out perfect. You can always lower your coilover perches and adjust camber to increase the pull you want to fit your new settings by just re-doing the newspaper pull.
If you're talking about getting the lips of the fender flat, just use your palm on the front and hammer the inside. I recommend atleast a 3.5lb hammer for the rears because it's "2-ply" sheet metal and a pain in the *** with a regular hammer.
