Sliding onto a highway with moving traffic. Real cool.
And people wonder why drifting gets a bad rap. Meanwhile, the more mature drivers try to rent out parking lots for organized practice, and then get shot down instantly because of "liability" issues. This is why we can't have nice things.

sometimes being older you try to show people the error of their ways, it has nothing to do with getting ***** or not.
and video footage is also evidence, considering kids like to film everything i chuckle when it shoots them in the foot.

a) a guy thats been drifting for years decides to slide up an onramp
b) a guy that just got his corvette zr-1 after driving camries for the last 30 years decides to go for a 'spirited drive' through the canyons.
ive seen hundreds of vids of retarded old guys **** their **** up trying to show off so the age argument is invalid.

I love the final result of this vid (the first one, not the vette), but if something break or something goes wrong for <whatever> reason, then you expose yourself and others.

Sure, you can be an irresponsible dumbass in your 60s-70s, still putting others at risk in your vette... some people just never grow up.
And no this thread isnt going to "stop streeting", but you can't expect absolutely everyone to applaud this video.
The local drag racing forums don't give you a hard time about street racing just for the sake of arguing. ClubLoose is the same way. And I'm sure a lot of other drift forums are as well.

Dude, my clutch hate's me in my NA. But on the whole streeting thing.. i live in Wyoming. not a single track in the state. MMR in utah is closest. i've heard of 1 drift day there. and that's a long way to go for a broke *** kid with no way of towing it there or back. so i'd rather street it up anyways.
