I have a good idea.

How about we make a sticky that says Drifting FS section and when you click it you get a link that directs you to the Race section.

Only issue I see with it being a sticky is that it does not get bumped when there is a new post. You could make the argument that it does not need to be bumped as it is already on the top of the forum page, but I have a "Nor-cal rotary shops thread" in the Western Regional section that got stickied and I never check it since it never pops up in bold when there is a new post. It might and I don't notice, but there you go right there. I don't notice it.

I say we just make a thread titled "Drift parts for sale thread" and the party that is selling their parts lists them in the classified section like normal and then goes into this thread and posts the link to their ad/thread/etc. That way it gets bumped when there is a new post, alleviates the need for another sub-forum, and makes your target customer aware that said drifting parts are now available for purchase.

You guys.

This forum isnt about giving members what they ask specifically for. Its about lame impotent mods flexing their muscle over nothing.

I don't see why their making such a hissy fit over it. I've worked with these boards before, I know it only takes a couple seconds to punch a couple buttons and make a new section.

+1 on a drifting FS section. I'm tired of looking through drag **** and part-outs for good stuff.

You know the mods don't read this section right? You gotta bring it to their attention.

sick of people trying to sell something in the regular "for sale" sections and the first reply they get is..."those wont fit on an FD, you need a +50 offset." or "stretched tires are stupid".

This would be a good idea. Over fenders, wheels w/ streched tires, etc don't belong in a forsale section that sells things like peripheral port 20bs.

What about putting it in the Race only classified section and in the Heading put,"DRIFT" or a synonym to drifting, so it will be easy to catch.
