Drifting FC3S (NEW) gas cap issues.
Going to check here this time for more insight. The issue is the normal one, gas coming out the gas cap area.
Cap is 3 days old: just bought new OEM replacement.
1991 - with 89-91 cap. (Looks like my cap assembly is a correct for a 91)
Took it apart partially to see more and take pictures to see if anyone else can tell me what I don't see. I don't know what to check next.
If possible just list off EVERYTHING I could check, just that issue of gas coming out around the cap, no other problems.

Obviously there isn't leaking or sealing issues so, I did the only other optional conclusion.
The JDM s5 gas tank doesn't like being full to an extent of 40% or more at excessive G's of any kind, so I have created a baffle plate out of "Petrol" safe material. (Used oil jug, good for premixing and oil...)
I cut it out to fit and made square edges and drilled a hole for further measure (Not pictured) Small drill hole for pressure and side slits to allow proper O ring seal-age.
Will update after track event. ( I don't use 5W-30 ) Also applied new sealant around filler spout for curious reasons.

Update: It works required more holes drilled to allow back pressure not to burst open venting valve in cap.
Same as pictured and 9-10 1/16th holes as vents like normal.
Worked for me, so if this is somehow an issue for others, maybe in some rare cases of suspension load and or otherwise : complete solid mounts though out ect... You could try; My tank didn't implode like some Toyotas have from similar "fixes".
