Cheap Body panels. Can they be good?

I'm looking for a cheap knockoff body kit and I wanted to know if anyone had any good experience with any knockoff brands. Due to the nature of drifting I don't want to spend a ton on a body kit and fenders just to have them knocked off all the time. Any advice would be much appreciated.

i usually get the fatboy garage knockoff BN, and honestly it always fit really good. maybe i've been lucky, but i've had 3 kits from them. 2 front bumpers were a little tight fitting, but a heat gun helps stretch them over the fenders.

if you want like a half bumper kit, or widebody fenders, ShineAutoProject is the best quality you'll find in my eyes. the pieces i've purchased, and the kits my friends have bought all fit as good as OEM stuff. i know Sexy Style stuff is in the works, if it isnt already in production. call ken and see if thats the style you are after.

I have had zero luck with cheap kits. I know they recommend professional installation. But the stuff I got was not even close lol. Side skirt and rear bumper were the only thing close to fitting. Front fender were a complete joke. Front bumper would go on but required major work to look decent. I now in going to order some stuff from shineauto.

^^ Thats kinda been my experience. The C-west knockoff I got for my FD was literally 3 inches too wide on either side with stock front fenders. I was blown away at how bad the fitment was. I did a decent amount of heating cutting and bending and got it close to fitting.

The dimensions BN knock off rear bumper was terrible fitting for me(huge gap under the tail lights).

My front BN wasn't wide enough and doesn't like to wrap completely around the sides. One side will pop out and not stay flush.

I got some ebay BN knock off and it actually had a good fitting rear bn bumper and side skirts.
No modding needed for the skirts. The rear need small filing to fit.
