Building a T2/ Question

So I am re-building a s5 t2 motor that I have and was wondering what kind of internals everybody runs. (Seals, etc.) I am just curious, I have an idea of what I am going to get but just thought I would get some input from people that drift and beat on their cars a little bit more than usual. Any info would be appreciated.

I'll be running a 13b-re with all stock Mazda internals with oil pressure mods and 4 extra dowels.

Keep it cool.

I'm running an Atkins 3mm rebuild. Otherwise stock S4 internals.

dope sounds like oem it is! How come some people say to use the super seals and things like that? I don't have any experience with those. Can anybody chime in?
