Building a T2/ Question

So I am re-building a s5 t2 motor that I have and was wondering what kind of internals everybody runs. (Seals, etc.) I am just curious, I have an idea of what I am going to get but just thought I would get some input from people that drift and beat on their cars a little bit more than usual.

Any info would be appreciated.

I'll be running a 13b-re with all stock Mazda internals with oil pressure mods and 4 extra dowels.

Yeah, stock mazda seals... 2mm apex seals

Series 6(FD-REW) Thrust bearings/plates(better bearings, more windows on plates for oil), S6 cornerseals/springs

RX8 Stationary gears/bearings

Oil mods on Eshaft, Pressed OPR

dope sounds like oem it is! How come some people say to use the super seals and things like that? I don't have any experience with those. Can anybody chime in?
