with the 60-1 on there right now, i'm hoping for 350-400whp with 400 asking alot out of this ebay stuff..
after i save up a little bit more, i'm going to flip this manifold/turbo, and get the 35R going, and then i'd like to just stay @450whp with a decent port.

Let me know how the install went on the tranny mounts. I had those with seperate bolt and nut and sucked to install. I Jus switched to delrin with built in studs. Install was 10x easier. Or maybe I Jus have crappy tools idk lol

thats the same as these. idk how install will go but i have a spare mount (both pieces) so i could mess with it out of the car. hopefully it goes good, and thanks for the heads up!

the delrin stuff is probably way better and in time i'll get all that cool stuff. for now i'm stuck with stock, and whatever cheapo stuff i can snag. lol

nice job with the rear's surgury, i needa get to that too... :\ looking good!

RXILVER7 02-24-11 10:35 PM

Car's lookin good. Other than the color difference the new rear looks perfect on the car. It looks like you need to cut the hotside pipe of that intercooler for your new turbo setup.

K!NCH 02-25-11 12:10 AM

Black girl with a white booty, that's a first lol.

hahahaha

i got bored of stripping my wire harness so i fully mounted it all and test fitted everything. i have some more fine trimming to do, like arching the quarter wheel wells higher on the new portion to match the black/chassis part.
then re-paint the entire car.
still need to get more BN, different front tires. figure out how to make my spindles work right with these horrible wheels etc..

on another note, just got the 8way 160watt strobe light kit from ebay after a 2 week wait! haha fashion show.

atleast now when i spin out every track day i'll be able to do so in an epic manner.

stevensimon 02-25-11 09:58 AM

can i ask how the bottom of your radiator looks? are your water necks modified at all?

the main cap is still on the top, but the water necks were re worked for the vmount.

the top one was cut and pointed upwards, and the bottom one was pie cut to be more vertical. (parallel with the fins)
i'll take pics.

stevensimon 02-25-11 11:58 AM

ok thats fine, i dont need pictures.

i did exactly the same thing. was just making sure i did something that would work.
