I guess it's been out awhile. I got it online for 50 bucks or so. I was using Meguires NXT. I stopped using it when they came out with the 2.0 version. It just wasn't the same as the original. It seem to smear and was too much work. I then used Meguires #26 which I like but wanted to try something new.

The Blackfire goes on easy, dries quicker, and shines better. It's super easy to remove also. Lets see how long it last. It covered swirls nicely. The NXT did make the red car more red on the hood but the Blackfire is so shiney. And easy.
There is a topcoat that Blackfire has and recommends. It's a natural wax that is suppose to make it glow on top of the Wet Diamond wax. But I like the shine of the Diamond.

 

I really like Blackfire and is technically considered a sealant, their metal sealant is even better though...

Another great wax that is very user friendly and very durable is Collinite 845, it is awesome and is extremely cheap at $15 for 16oz... can't beat it.

As far as filling swirls... well I choose to not have any...

 

Yes, I wasn't so technical in my statement, but your are correct. Sealants are a wonderful thing.

 

I do like them myself... easy on easy off... really good durability...

I only use sealants on customer cars...

 

Kustomizingkid, What do you use to clean a paint job. I just bought an fb in pretty good shape and the first thing I did was clay bar. It looked good(as it did before) but was still not smooth. Then I used Scratch Out(by hand) and now it feels like glass. I'm sure there is a better way but maybe it could be easier.

 

I personally perform all my correction with a Makita 9227C rotary buffer and various pads and compounds.... This type of work is a little above hobby level unless you get really serious... but I HATE swirls
