I see rain right now on Friday night... seriously, it better not . We had enough of that last year!

I'm crossing my fingers for no rain... I guess now I'll be watching the weather channel...

 

Man if the forecast holds we're going to have great weather this year. Makes up for last year! In fact it looks like it will be nicer than the year before that!

Yeah but... I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night!!! It's funny, we were looking at local weather yesterday from 3 different stations in the area and none of them had the same forecast! Thanks for that link Boostd7, we'll keep checking it and hoping for the best! As long as we don't have the mess to deal with we had last year I'm not going to complain much.

 

I got there on Saturday last year and came across the Cherohala Skyway to get there....long trip across the Skyway when driving thru pea soup! Hope it's not the same this year.

 

Weather looks good so far!!! Thank God those S2k guys for taking our original date..hehe.

Tonight: Periods of rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 2am, then a chance of rain. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 47. West wind between 10 and 13 mph becoming light. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between one and two inches possible.

Sunday: Periods of showers, mainly between 11am and 1pm, then periods of showers and possibly a thunderstorm between 1pm and 4pm, then a chance of showers after 4pm. High near 51. Light wind becoming northwest between 17 and 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
